A group of 20 of us had an evening meal at a very busy Cotes Brasserie.  The staff coped quite well but were clearly under pressure. The food was good with sensible sized portions not over large. My prawns and avocados were very good, chicken dish good  but the roulade dessert was very rich. Chocolate overload! Trendy building with good outdoor area for fine weather. Give it a go!  😊😊

Not that easy to find, the entrance being wedged between shops. The entrance is brightly lit to indicate where it is but then so is everything else around it, so it doesn't really stand out. We went in during the evening to visit Jamie's Italian and with all of the other businesses in there closed and in darkness, it all felt a bit glum and cold.

Great shopping area, very upmarket and a pleasure to walk through. Restaurants are quality.

A fair selection of cafes and restaurants. It is a modern redevelopment in the heart of Bath on the historic Milsom Street. Provides disables access and in summer has some ok centralised retracing. However, it still lacks charm and even on the sunniest days you feel trapped by walls. Would have been best served if the architects worked out some stronger vistas or even took the conceptual design of ancient bath and created a central piazza/courtyard.  Nice flower stall but rather expensive compared to Southgate market flowers which are 20% cheaper. Provides useful rain cover for bad weather and a handy cut through to Broad street.
