Service very poor waited in a que for over 20minues. Made my order for their special haddock waited another 20 minutes when it came this was in breadcrumbs not batter.  I was told that this was the special way of cooking the haddock although there was no indication or advertisement to this effect.  I was not asked whether I wanted this fish cooked in breadcrumbs or batter.  Whilst waiting for my order to be prepared there were people further down the que asking the fryer person for special orders so that when they got to the till they would not then have to wait a further 20 minutes waiting time.  When I got the food home the chips were cold the special haddock was frazzled and all told the inflated prices fell short of their hype.  Avoid this chip shop!!!

Great crispy fish, way better than we had before in Edinburgh.  Very nice staff, we did not understand almost nothing ( wie are Austrians) but they were very friendly and patient.
