Million pharmacy is a fantastic place. The service is topnotch and customer friendly. They deliver a professional service and the arrangements is customer friendly. The staff knows their onion and the ambience is just right. There is a section for wines and some bites.

Ok store open late which is good. However when mu partner needed some extra medication that was prescription only they didn't know any equivalents for her to take. They asked a question to another member of staff then both girls on the counter started to fight over who would give us the box of medication as they both wanted to give it to us and were just acting like children. This is not what I expect when coming in to a shop that is meant to have professional staff working inside.

This is one of those very important pharmacies. It is one of the City's late night and weekend places where drug addicted people get meds to help them cope with coming off those destructive illegal drugs. And also others can go outside of normal hours to get important medications for whatever reason. I salute the staff team here they are very good at dealing with people. It is an immaculate shop.

BEST PHARMACY IN SUNDERLAND!!! Staff go above and beyond to prepare my medication in a timely manner and no request is too much to ask. Last week when i was unable to collect my medication due to illness the friendly staff went to great lengths to ensure i was able to receive this on delivery. Will be recommending this pharmacy to all of my friends and family.

Do not use for repeat prescription. This branch cannot or will not make sure all items on the prescription are posted out together resulting in people having to constantly phone this pharmacy. £7.00 in phone calls to this place because of the useless staff and pharmacist'snIf you regularly get a repeat this pharmacy isn't the one to use.nWould have given them 0 if I could of.
