Best cookies on Earth! Consistent quality since I first tried them in 2009 in Nottingham. All branches in different cities offer the same taste & quality. You have to try it. Milk chocolate is my favourite.

I really think this lady went out off her way to decorate the cookie I wanted for my grandson’s birthday. I would go back knowing that I had an excellent customer experience.

I’ve been to Millie’s cookies a few time but the lady with brown hair and called Niamh helped me decide what design to get on my giant cookie. She was very polite and helpful. Will definitely be going back again

I went to buy a cookie and couldn’t decide of what to put on it, so the ladies with blonde hair had a few suggestions, so I went with one of there’s. Just to say my daughter absolutely loved her cookie. Those ladies at Millie’s are amazing. Will be going back in the future.

Ordered cookies well in advance. Got an email saying my order was ready to collect. When I turned up the woman behind the counter told me she cancelled my order. She even tried to play dumb at first showing me her ipad screen with her orders and mine wasn't there. I asked her if I'd be getting my money back and she said she was now "willing to fulfill my order". Terrible customer service. You can't just cancel orders without any reason or notice and not offer a refund.

My first time at Millie’s cookies and the ladies were very helpful with my purchase of a giant cookie. Niamh talked me through everything and was very helpful, will definitely be back soon!

I ordered a cookie to collect on Christmas Eve two weeks ago, I went to get it from the store and it was  closed and had been all day. I wasn’t called or told to go to the other store in the arndale they just completely disregarded my order which was a gift for my family. I went to the other store which was also closed but had people in it, the woman barely attempted to help me she told me to come back on the 28th but the cookie was for Christmas so that was completely pointless. She told me she couldn’t do anything because the store was closed and didn’t even apologise and offer me a refund. I asked for a refund or a cookie at least and she said she couldn’t give me either. I ended up getting a refund luckily but I’m appalled with the service, I know I mustn’t have been the only person collecting an order today too but it is a complete joke. I will never order from this company again.
