LOVE LOVE LOVE, such a lovely group of staff! i got served by caitlin today my first time going here and she was so lovely she served with a smile which is not something you see often so i was so nice to be served with a friendly face !Food: 5/5
went to Millie’s cookies yesterday after the cinema to buy a treat for my friend and I, and the 2 people working at the counter are the most laziest and oblivious people ever! We were stood waiting at the counter for well over 5 minutes, clearly in front of the till waiting to be served yet neither of them even bothered to come to us! We were appalled and waited as much as we could to see how it would take them to notice us. One girl was busy cleaning the display case for god knows who since you had no other customers apart from myself and my friend, even though she saw us stood there she continued to do her useless job of cleaning the display rather than serve us. There was another woman behind the counter who also saw us standing there yet she stood near the back and didn’t bother with us. Then once the cleaning girl was done, she WALKED past us, without even saying hello or wanting to ask us what we wanted and went over to the other lady behind the counter and then they proceeded to stand there and have a conversation whilst ignoring the two of us. Is this how your staff are trained to serve customers? Sit and gossip instead of greeting us? I’ve never had such terrible service ever in my life from the most ignorant people ever. At this point we decided to walk away and not purchase anything all together due to the rude behaviour of these two employee’s who think gossiping is more important than actually doing their job. I will NEVER come back here ever again and I’ll make sure none of my friends and family do either. This occurred at around 16:45pm Friday 17th May.
The cookies, while sickly, were really good! the lady behind the counter was extremely nice, the display was extremely cute. i was tempted to get a cookie cake but I didn't have enough money : definitely want to come back though!Food: 4/5
