Going 1 star here because the cookies are obviously nice but only when you’re actually served in this shop. Must be easily 5-6 times now I’ve been to this one only to walk away because I’m left standing there unattended to for minutes on end. There doesn’t even seem to be anybody I can shout to for attention either, not that I should have to.
I ordered a father's day giant cookie on a Thursday to collect on the Saturday between 1pm and 2pm. I got to the shop about 1:05 to collect it, however she told me it wasn't ready for 30 minutes. I didn't understand this as my collection time was between 1 and 2. I came back after 30 minutes to then be told it would be another 15 minutes. When it was finally ready, the shop didn't even have any bags to carry it in, only the box. This was very hard to carry as I had my daughters pram to push and get on a bus. The staff were not friendly either.
Is it normal practice to stop serving customers at 5pm on a Friday when you're open till 6pm? Shelves still clearly stocked with cookies but the colleague said she's not serving anymore... didn't even make an effort to come to the kiosk to explain just muttered it with her back facing us. Such a shame usually get great service here, never seen this girl before. no clear reason as to why she didn't want to serve us, just seemed lazy.
If you buy cookies from here, please be aware that it is your full responsibility to be able to identify if a hair is going you’ve placed inside, so be warned, X-ray specs at the ready. If you do find a hair in your cookie, and god forbid you have actually bitten into it, then don’t expect an apology or a replacement or decent customer care. Appalling, I won’t be going back and risking my children munching on someone’s Barnet. Avoid this one. In response to the owners request for further details below I can assure you that I will not be publishing any contact details. I have contacted the shop and you are not there.. I am amazed that you have gone to the trouble of responding and yet again offer nothing in terms of an apology. That was all it would have taken in the first place. My children were eating those cookies, do you not think it appropriate that I should complain?
I bought a customised cookie for my boyfriend birthday and it was delicious I payed 20 pounds and it was worth it. The attention Was okay. But at the end I'm happy very delicious cookies
Great Business, staff are lovely and helpful. Giant cookies had lovely designs on them and staff were able to offer me lots of deals and add ons to make my gift extra special! Will definitely be back!
My partner recieved a cookie for his birthday and there was a hair embedded in the icing. We pulled it out and it was definitely from the person who made it as we had to pull it for a while, as it was deep in there. Disgusting
eating their delicious cookies for so many years ,always call on the way home take big bag full.
Staff can’t be ARSED serving half the time To busy talking
