Brilliant place to shop both in Eastbourne and Uckfield. Very friendly helpful staff. Easy to exchange goods if not the right size etc. The Uckfield store also receive returns sent via DPD.

Amazing customer service, Rupert and Joe are fantastic. Joe has loads of knowledge about the products and why it's better sometimes to buy the upper price your happy to spend although I didn't feel pressured to buy the more expensive boots. This was on some boots I was looking at a pair of cheaper boots but from the knowledge I got I knew I would be back in next year. The boots are fantastic and the new bridgedale double pack of socks make the boots even more comfortable. A few items that I want were not available in store, they checked there online store and I bought them, had them delivered for free.  I will definitely be going back to get more bits and pieces from the store. Parking was easy, there is a 3 or 10 hour car park also it's free to use. Beats going to the other stores.

I visited millets on 13/8 with the intention of purchasing an air bed for my daughter. She and her family were going camping and needed to replace one. I couldn't find one so asked a member of staff who told me they were sold out and waiting on a delivery. I asked if I could buy the display bed. Not only did they let me buy it , they gave me a discount and found the box . All in all they could not have been more helpful. I'm only sorry  I cannot remember the guys names but their customer service was 10 out of 10

Fantastic service received from staff they ran around for me looking for the right shoes and went the extra mile phoned other stores for stock well done keep that service up well done to the whole team cheers

This is a good, clean, tidy well organised store, with always a helping hand if it's needed by friendly courteous staff, especially patient and understanding of customers with disabilities, which is so refreshing in today's world !

Had what I was looking for at a reasonable price

Like a shop but with zombies serving customers. Got a nice tent. No idea why as I hate camping. Also got a stove and cooked next doors rabbit on it. Should have taken the batteries our first as they burst and spoilt the flavour.

A surprising range of goods for such a small shop and at reasonable prices.

This is an awful shop no room to move safe past people as aisles are crammed, no one way system in place, did not stay long and won't be back. And staff don't seem to give a hoot.
