Very good shop staff always help

Stop going to these shops if you have not already. They sold me faulty Scarpa hiking shoes which I took back within a week and it turns out 'they do not have the authority to give you a full refund. they have to send the shoes to head office. Here is the thing, the consumer's right act says they have to give you an immediate refund *These people are breaking the law* search for Consumer Act 2015 and check. The shop acknowledged there was a problem, sent the shoes to head office, they came back in the same state. I demanded a refund, the shoes are now with head office again as the shop refused to give me a refund again. I wore the shoes for 3 hours and the leather was ruined. Over a month on, still waiting for my money back. I will be taking them to the small claims court. These people suck and BTW the same corporation, JDSportsfashion PLC, now owns Blacks.
