I bought a pair of walking boots from Millets; very comfortable and completely waterproof but after a month a cleat for the laces broke off. I took them in with some trepidation, having misplaced the receipt. "Ah, clearly a manufacturing error" said the manager. "Hang on, I will get you a replacement". And within a few minutes I was walking out with a new pair of boots. I am delighted at the service. Well done guys. I know where I will buy my next pair.
We recently bought 2 paddle boards and various bits and pieces from the shop. The staff were very helpful, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. Will definitely shop here again in the future.
Closing down sale with 30% off. Some reasonable things worth buying with the 30% off. Unfortunately, a lot of Millets stock is already more expensive than some other major retailers. So the reduction makes items cheap 'ish'. Ample parking.
Good camping and hiking shop. Went in looking for an awning for my van but all a bit on expensive side for me. Saying that, it is a well stocked shop with everything you need or may have forgotten when you go camping.
It was ok think we might of caught the sale at its earliest as didn't seem that cheap! But we were on holiday
A bit difficult to rate as they are closing down and becoming a Go Outdoors. Staff seemed friendly but are dealing with the closing down sale. Easy parking and dog friendly.
At the time of writing it is closing and becoming GO OUTDOORS. Got a few items in there with 30%off. Get them while you can
Sad to see another closure. Victim of the financial crisis I suppose. I feel though that the quality of the offerings were to blame for the outfits demise
Lots on display, a large range of items to purchase and amazing staff to inform you of the assentials. Perfect for tourists like myself.
