Always a great deal to be had and friendly service.

I did visit willetts, but I did not purchase anything nor make myself known in any way, therefore they are tracking people through their phones. Is this legal? I certainly do not like it and will avoid the place in future.

Permanent " closing down sale " is a tacky idea, but I'm glad they're still here. Bought some bargain shades and tshirt today. The staff were friendly and efficient and went the extra yard to assist me

I always like going to this branch of Milletts , often after my wife and I have been walking on nearby Box hill. They have a good selection of hiking and camping equipment and clothing and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I go on an annual wild camping expedition to the lake District and quite often go here to pick up some new gear and sachet food and hexi blocks a few weeks prior to the trip. Nice shop run but decent and helpful staff.

Friendly & helpful staff, shop is always lovely and clean not like any other shops where you have clothes on the floor etc.
