Booked a return trip to Manchester Airport via the office. V efficient taking all flight details and timings and explained the charges clearly. Outbound the driver was bang on time and the journey swift and safe. Our return was equally hassle free with the driver contacting us to confirm the pick up location in the airport. We have used Millers on numerous occasions and they have never let us down.

I’ve used millers taxis many times before and they’ve always been great. Used them this week due to the icy slippy weather and they arrived quickly and the driver was very polite and chatty. Will definitely be using again and would recommend to anyone in the local area.

Only been living in the Preston area for 6 mths and used Millers twice including tonight and have to say the service is excellent. Telephone personnel quick to answer and professional. Drivers courteous  and turn up on time. Highly recommended.

Booked for my son to get to Manchester airport - arrived on time and all good. Much appreciated. I personally use them a lot for taxi to the station and they have always been reliable.

Last minute booking for wheelchair accessible taxi- i needed to get to a garage to pick up my own adapted vehicle. Asif, the driver, was a courteous, friendly man who got us there on time, in challenging motorway conditions. It was a really busy afternoon but he got to us within 15 minutes of the planned booking and apologised. Top bloke. I told him how grateful I was, as I had struggled to find another company at short notice.

Recently got a taxi back from Manchester and had the absolute pleasure of driver 237 Muhammad making sure we got home safely, waited for us for no additional charge and then let pick our own music as well as having multiple drop offs - this means a lot as a group of girls that want to get home safely. Could not recommend Muhammad more, completely and utterly an amazing guy

Usually a decent enough service up until last night. I ordered a taxi which was 10 mins later than it should’ve been. Got a call to say it was somewhere else by mistake. Came 5 mins late but drove past my address at that point he came back round.  I said to him I’ll cancel it cause it’s already been too late. Was frustrated so argument breaks out and he uses the excuse that he didn’t see me cause I was a ‘black twat’ and drives off. Nothing racial should even come into an argument and I hope the company does something about this but who knows. Won’t be using again.

Millers have been brilliant recently when helping take my dad to and from hospital. Punctual, really friendly and helpful drivers. Would highly recommend and thankful for their help.

Driver 62 was so good with me tonight waiting for me to arrive at the nursery for my little boy and took me to the deli because I had left my keys in a taxi in the morning then took me home, he was so good with my little boy, honestly couldn’t thank him enough!! It’s nice to be nice x
