We have visited a few times this year. Always clean, accessible, security team helpful. The globe is nice. The coffee shop is so lovely. We enjoy the lift and the escalators the most. Perfect to be in the city but away from it all. Great place to meet friends and have food. Autism awear staff. We plan to go to the 2nd floor just for the gorgeous pizza.
Quite impressive building with loads of space, a good venue for an awards launch and around 15 mins walk from New Street Station as well as a car park located next door.
Fantastic venue, we went to a Loki wine tasting event but I've been there for BCU and the museum as well as the Imax theatre. Always clean, lots of parking and we'll maintained.
This building is situated in Birmingham city centre-south, it is hosting in one half of it, 'The Incubator' and the 'Computing Engineering and Built Environment' faculty of the Birmingham City University. In the other half of the building, the members of the public can access the 'Think Tank Museum' on 4 floors and its wonderful outdoor playground for children, a section of the 'BOA Academy', a nice Italian Caffe, a few business offices and 'The Platform' an amazing events space on 1st floor that can hosts any type of events, conferences, even private parties. Millennium Point is linked to the Multistorey CarPark, so parking shouldn't be a problem. Overall, Millennium Point is a very nice place of interest to the public, and for students in Birmingham city or other visitors/tourists.
Clean and tidy went for think tank Great day out for kids to learn and enjoy the outside park when warm
Was at this beautiful amazing building for Birmingham Film Festival . My daughter and I had a blessed Sunday afternoon watching film produced by PQA Academy's from all over the country. Amazing talent and skill of this academy The Millinum Point is a great venue. The structure and design of the building is outstanding clean and on point
The exhibits were fantastic. My 2 year old grandson had a great time, too. The restaurant/cafe was disappointing. The burger when it came was called. Chicken salad on a flat bread turned up in a tortilla wrap. The coleslaw was just the veg with no trace of mayo. I suggest a packed lunch.
I went here for a conference. The area we were in on the first floor was cold because it was close to the entrance doors. There was also a lot of noise from school children visiting the think tank, which is in the same venue. Supplied PA system reduced the impact of this. Sandwich lunch was nothing special, but Ok. Staff were very attentive.
The place is awkward to find. Make sure to put in Millennium multi-storey Car park in the satnav if you want to find it correctly. Inside it is 0k. It's great for conferences. The food provided was not too bad.
A great night out at the silent disco. I will be hopefully coming back next year if it's on.
