I was really happy with my rugs. I love the quality and the unlimited options that I had to choose from. The service was great and they delivered really quick.

I got my carpet fast and hassle free with HIGE savings.. a fraction of what they were charging me at the big stores. I love my new carpet and LVT flooring for my kitchen. This is a must go place for your flooring needs. One happy customer - I would definitely go back and send all my friends and family there

Great pricing, love the work! This quality carpet is excellent and I get a lot of compliments on it. Dennis was very helpful and it was a pleasure working with him in choosing the right carpet that fits my preferences. Highly recommended for anyone looking for carpet at a budget friendly price.

Save your money! I just left this is establishment after being rudely yelled at because they decided to change the quote on me at the last minute. I paid the estimate charge for 2 houses and 50% down for one of them. They'd rather keep the $40 instead of the $2400 that I was going to give them for the 2 houses.  They also changed the carpet on me as well but I didn't care because I wanted the most frugal 1 they had so that probably gave them the audacity to try to up charge me! When I said that the representative gave me the estimate, they magically changed the carpet and placed more charges on the estimate. Because he said that I was getting over on them when it was their representative who told me that the coupon was valid, the plush carpet was valid, and the padding was included with furniture removal. 3 weeks go by, as I get the funds and they flip the script! They call me the next day after the 2nd house was measured and this new person involved wanted to charge me the same rate as the 1st house even though the 1st house is 2 times bigger in square feet. The man proceeds to yell in my ear like he's in 5th grade that "I'm not gonna get my money, I'm not gonna get my money." So they lost my business and every person I referred to this place I will retract any referral I gave. They would rather argue with a customer than honor what they'd said they would do and call their customer a liar. Trust me, no matter what a "good deal" they claim they have, I'd rather pay extra to have respect as a customer! I work hard for my money and you will not talk to me any kind of way because I'm a black female!

Did not like the job they did! Nate and switch is what they do. Horrible job! My 7 years old got poke by a nail in the carpet and when I called to let them know, he had no care or sympathy and told me just grab a hammer and do it yourself. If I cold give 0 star I would. Terrible!

best price best service,they beat everybodys price and did it fast

I went into the store today. The owner was extremely rude. He charged me 40.00 to come out for the estimate. Gave me a ridiculous price and storks my 40.00. This is a scam.

This is my go to place for carpet anytime I do a house reno.
