I have caught the X6 for 5 years being a nurse at UHCW it has been the only possible transport to get me to work. Today with no notice and not a lot of help from de courcey traffic officers in the office. They have stopped the X6 this week and no one can tell me if this is permanently stopped. Disgrace of a public service that I can no longer get to do my job as a key worker. And will have to pay a lot of money that nurses don't earn to get a taxi from oadby in Leicestershire to Coventry.
The 585 is always late in the evening if it even bothers to turn up, two days in a row my regular bus didn't show up I had to wait for the next bus. The office staff don't have a clue about the whereabouts of the 'missing' bus. Poor service all around.
Hospital appointment for 9:30am waited at Jackers Road for the 8:40am Decourcey bus, it decided not to run. Had to get a taxi from Bell Green in the end after catching the 6A there. I made my appointment just in time, I had to attend the hospital appointment else I would not be allowed my knee operation. My £2:20 journey cost me £12:90 in the end. In future I will use NX Coventry and avoid Decourcey buses.
Yet again the 61 bus was late. . This morning by 30 minutes. The driver couldn't care less... Neither could the office when I rang to see where the bus was... They really need to up the game when people rely on this, service to be on time
Not only have I had to deal with a totally incompetent, arrogant driver when there was a fire on the bus who had no consideration for passenger safety. I also had 6 buses not show up in the last 2 weeks, decline in this bus company over last 6 months is disgusting, how still operating I don't know
TdC have lost the contract with JLR for the park & ride service. Many people at JLR would cry: "not before time". The litany of issues is way too much to go into here. It's a shame for those good drivers, who end up tarred with the same brush. Some are transferring to the new operator. Good riddance to TdC.
Awful!! There is a grumpy and rude driver who never says hello or Goodbye. One day I was at the door of the bus, the "grumpy" driver didn't open the doors, waved at me with a smile and let me behind. Moreover when I complained to his management team he lied. Very bad experience!
Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Promises made not follow up on. Don't waste your time do the feedback/comments/complaint paper work. It appears to drop into a black hole.
My child tried to buy a child single but the driver said the machine was broken and i tried and it perfectly worked so I am not happy, no refund. It is so silly.
Waited for bus number 60A to come and after being late for a few minutes, the driver didn't even stopped in the station. Poor employees and poor management altogether.
