I found Sian to be excellent, not only when I saw her but also she answered EMail questions after my visit. I would recommend her without hesitation.
Sian and her team have provided exceptional person centred care to my mum who, after a period in hospital sadly went off her feet. Her mobility was poor before hospital admission and as many elderly frail she was very fearful of falling - resulting in her falling! Continuity of care, kindness and a belief in mum has seen her back on her feet walking with a frame with confidence and a smile on her face. She actually mobilises better than she did before hospital admission! BUT....attention to detail and individual care requirements....the shoulders holding such anxiety and stress,gentle manipulation of the muscles and tension relieved....a precious gift. Sian has cared for our 40 year old daughter with Rett syndrome, profound, multiple disabilities and complex health needs, for over 6 years. During this time, with Sian’s support, expertise and professionalism we have been able to manage our daughter’s complex respiratory problems, keeping her safe and also, on occasion, out of hospital. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
Sian has been a tremendous help to me during a time when achieving any form of physio therapy has been challenging! She has been supportive, highly professional and provided me with fantastic advice to assist with my recovery from hip resurface surgery. I would thoroughly recommend Sian, I had two muscular issues within a week and she diagnosed both and gave me exercises to rectify the problems.
