Absolutely nightmare trying to get hold of anyone at either Evesham or Malvern Community Hospital. So much time wasted on hold only to be told 'unable to answer your call at this time, please call back later'.nEvesham called me a week ago to arrange a telephone appointment with Advanced Physiotherapy at 10:15am today 5th September. I sat with my phone on my lap until 3pm waiting for the call... no call. This is all after waiting for the results of an MRI that was done more than a month ago on 29th July. Still unable to walk properly and can't even find out the results of my MRI

My husband spent 4 months on Izod ward after a stroke in January. What wonderful and caring nurses and physios. He's now home and doing really well  thanks to the great start they gave him.

I do not recommend.nnurses are incompetent, uneducated, arrogant, lazy people. An uneducated doctor avoids contact with the patient's family.  an attempt to inform about errors ends with the patient being transferred to an increasingly worse room. neglected patient. real middle ages.

My husband Tom was treated in Willows and Izod wards, what a kind and caring staff. They made him feel warm comfortable and safe, he is now home and progressing very well. Thankyou  for your kindness ,

First class service.  Attended with a deep cut to a thumb. Prompt attention and professional but kind attention. NHS as it should be! Top marks
