I have used this pharmacy multiple times and have had a good experience everyone was very pleasant and polite, I want to make note that on a couple of occasions recently I met a staff member who was lovely she was very polite and helpful, and even asked how my day was, she was chatting with a few of us while she was checking the stock in the shop we were waiting for our prescription I did not catch her name i remember she called me mama, I have not seen her there since which is a shame as manners like that is rare.
Amazing pharmacy. Very long opening hours, open 7 days a week. Staff are very helpful and caring. Pharmacist with the mullet/goatee is amazing.
Brilliant pharmacy, stock levels and turnaround of prescriptions is always very good. Opening times are exceptional and very convenient.nStaff also are friendly and helpful. Totally understand the need for the shutters, it makes sense and allows you to open later with less staff. The signage makes this clear and I think it’s a shame people feel the need to give negative reviews because they haven’t bothered to read the signs!nThank you for all you do for the town :
Went in yesterday asking for advice. I’ve had flu for 9 days which has resulted in really painful sinuses and severe ear pain. Despite the NHS website saying to go to the chemist for possible sinus or ear infections I was turned away by an older woman at the till and told to phone 111. No offer of advice or a consultation from a pharmacist offered as described on the NHS website, poor service. I love that this pharmacy has good opening times though so after work you can still pick up medications in the evenings or in an emergency. I think I just got unlucky and encountered someone unhelpful.’
Refused ro fill my SignatureRX online prescription because they didn't know how. The instructions are on the text message as is a link to the prescription. I have kidney stones and a possible infection caused by them that is causing me absolute agony and now have to wait another sleepless night to go to a different pharmacy. The only advice they could give was call 111, who's advice was talk to my GP or visit A&E. The GP GAVE me this prescription and I can't spend 12+ hours in A&E as I have two young girls to look after. Honestly haven't ever felt so low and uncared for. I have never had any issues at any other pharmacy.nnUpdate: Have now phoned me back to say they CAN do the prescription after I got home and am now looking after my girls. Two members of staff I tried to explain how to fill it and neither seemed that bothered by looking.
