Sometimes google throws up a gem. This was our first experience of MMC. We received a personalized service, at a very competitive price with excellent communication throughout. The difference between the before and after was amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I've had a number of cars detailed here over the years, three of our minis, two XC90s and shortly my X3 will be going in. Russ and the team always deliver, the current mini went in this week and the car is now stunning, managed to get the scratches off the bonnet that I inflicted and removed last summers tree sap and general grime off it. Would thoroughly recommend.

(A belated review because I'm beyond forgetful!) I had my car detailed here the day that The Beast of the East kicked in. Now most people would have shied away from coming into work and putting in the many hours graft required to detail a car, so I'm beyond grateful that MCC were 100% dedicated and professional, going well above and beyond to get my car in and sorted. Their customer service is absolutely spot-on, very fairly and competitively priced, n' my motors never looked better! Previously someone had subjected my wagon to a dodgy garage hand-wash causing large swirls to the paintwork, but when looking at my car now it's all completely all gone and she looks better than factory fresh! I had the Winter Protection Package applied as well as the Ceramic Coating guaranteed for 2yrs, which was done with absolutely top-shelf premium products, something you can instantly tell by just looking at the finish. MCC deserves a 5-star rating on here, but obviously some crazy person(s) have decided to spam their reviews with rubbish. Most definitely recommended and I'll be a return customer for sure.

Paid £725 for polish & caliper refurb/painting on an 2 year old A45. After delays when they had the car and I paid for a hire car Russ advised calipers could not be done due to a broken ramp and they would book it back in once fixed. After a year of calls, emails and facebook messages and chasing with no response as final last resort took Russ to court for a refund on work not done with no compensation thinking this would be settled amicably. Court issued CCJ and court enforcement officers states Midlands Car Care has ceased trading despite a few visits by their officers. Still no response despite chasing. I'd avoid.

Russ and the team have been looking after my cars for years. Amazing results and service every time. It's more than just a business - these guys are really passionate about what they do and always go the extra mile to achieve the best results. Would recommend in a heartbeat every time
