Extremely helpful and friendly. We, in fact, purchased our suite of furniture without actually seeing it - apart from a photograph on Midfurn’s website; we didn’t travel to actually view the suite due to the distance between our home and Alcester. Spoke to Midfurn twice before deciding to purchase it. The suite arrived today and it is exactly as described; we are absolutely delighted. At no time have we experienced any problem with contacting Midfurn on the telephone. The suite was scheduled to be delivered today, but when we purchased the suite, they were unable to give us a delivery time. A lady (Sharon) from Midfurn ‘phoned this morning to advise us that it would be delivered before 1.30 p.m. (13.30 hrs.,). The suite arrived before 1 o’clock today. The whole of our dealings with Midfurn have been absolutely superb. We would not hesitate in recommending them. The chaps who delivered our suite were extremely polite, efficient and friendly. They also respected our home. The weather today has been somewhat inclement and they took the trouble to lay covers down for them to walk on, so as not to take the chance of marking our carpet. Thank you so very much for all your efforts on our behalf, Midfurn, which are very much appreciated.

We Purchased 6 Skovby expensive chairs from Midfurn recently , when I found out I could have got the exact same chairs £220 cheaper at another Skovby supplier. On first thing Monday morning I phoned to get price match. He told me if I cancelled the order he would keep our £400 deposit! Manager come over as being very confrontational and aggressive. Put it this way we will not buy from this company ever again!

Great shop lots of quality furniture and a great range of stressless chairs and sofas . Not cheap but you only get what you pay for . I give it a 5 star rating ☆☆☆☆☆

Thought the store was great, I called ahead to check if the products I wanted to view were in store - didn’t expect to arrive and for there to actually be great show room of nattuzi and calligaris. It was good to see but made the decision a bit harder after all the temptation! Glad I made the trip though and will be returning when the rest of my house is done!

Visited Midfurn, Alcester, today for the very last time. Never encountered such an unhelpful rude manager. Advertised sale is not geniuine. I would take a good long look at your customer service!
