What a pleasure it has been to deal with Midfurn. From the first contact by email to the delivery and assembly of our new Hypnos Bed. Well done Ben and the team and especially the two delivery guys who made it look so easy getting a King Size mattress upstairs. Very highly recommended. No need to go anywhere else. Sue.
Good quality furniture, we took ages too decide, the staff were really helpful we had Cappuccinos made. Dog friendly which was brilliant. Definitely would Recommend.
We purchased a pair of expensive FAMA VENUS swivel/recliner armchairs in 2015 from Midfurn Alcester. One of the chairs has recently developed a mechanical fault. I immediately contacted Midfurn seeking their advice in having the problem resolved. I was not looking for anything for nothingh. I am happy to pay the going rate to have it repaired but Midfurn have proved to have absoluterly no interest in their customer satisfaction once their warranty period has expired. As regards FAMA FURNITURE I have found it impossible to locate anyone remotely interested to even giving a quote to carry out the repairs. Which appears to be connected to a missing spring, They appear to be untouchable or unmendable! My advice is to think very carefully before buying from Midfurn or buying FAMA furniture. They are both very off hand and dismissive. I am faced with taking our otherwise perfectly good piece of furniture....to the tip!
Quality furniture, at a fair price. Some reviewers have commented on the quality of the customer service, which I can't believe, as I can't fault it. The guys have always been helpful and tolerant of my indecisiveness. This is a big store, and it's full of high quality, well designed furniture sourced from around the world, that in itself should be commended!! They'll have what you need, even if you don't know what that is yet...
Superb range of quality furniture offered in pleasant surroundings with outstanding customer service from friendly and helpful staff. Up to and including the ladies in the accounts office who make nice coffee through to the delivery drivers who bring your purchases in to your home and assemble everything with the upmost care and courtesy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Well, what can we say? We went there to look at a 'ROM' sofa and chair and was met by Ben who seemed a bit aloof. Not sure if it was because we had popped out from work on a Friday in a dirty Audi looking at a premium range of furniture. We felt uncomfortable despite buying from there previously from another person. So, we went to Lee Longlands in B'ham and purchased the exact same that very weekend. Perhaps if we would have turned up in my McLaren yes, I have one things may have been different, who knows but that's how we felt. Book cover, judging spring to mind. I wouldn't say we wont go again as they do have some nice things, but it will be with another salesperson.
Awful experience with this store. Bought a stressless chair for my dads 50th birthday as a surprise. the salesmen and staff knew all along it was a surprise present and reassured us that they knew they were delivering it to my grandparents instead of our home. however on the day of delivery when my dad was home and i was not they showed up and ruined the whole surprise. wasn’t until they had put it in our garage that they realised they had brought it to the billing address not delivery address and had to take it away again. upon calling to complain, there was no remorse and the staff didn’t care. they told me the manager would call back and he never did. after chasing and chasing, they apologised most insincerely and that was it. despite lovely furniture, the customer service is awful and i would not recommend spending your hard earned money here.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish..!! we have just taken delivery of our new stessless sofa and chairs, we are over the moon with the amazing quality of our purchase, stylish and suits our home perfectly. From our first visit to the store, Jez and all the other staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and welcoming, something you don't often find in other furniture stores and with a great range of amazing top quality furniture..we didn't need to go anywhere else.! We're very happy with both the service and the quality of the furniture we received, highly recommended, and we'll visit again soon, thanks again.!
