Story

We would like to welcome you to the Middleton Archer. Your traditional
family-friendly local.

There's always something going on here, whether you like a swift pint after work, quality entertainment or even a family three course meal we are always prepared and very proud to deliver only the service, food and drinks.

Booked our Sunday roast, as didn't want to be disappointed. We certainly wasn't either, best Sunday roast for ages. The banoffe pie after was devine, had to have it to take out was so full with the dinner. It's all home made too . Staff friendly and service was fast. Well done keep up the good work. Deffo be back Parking: Parking was free as it was on a Sunday, so winner there. Dunno about a sat tho, but still not over priced like some car parks either
Came here for food when it was first taken over and can say it did not disappoint at all! We have now been back more than a handful of times , always excellent service and pleasant friendly staff. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Called in for some food & a pint, I was greeted with a big smile by the staff. Found myself a seat & ordered some food accidentally had starters, mains & desserts. Highly recommended! Loved every minute of being there, and definitely recommend the food! The chef they have in there is very talented!
Having looked at the website menu decided to give it a try.Chose to have the rag pudding with homemade chips mushy peas.The website menu stated the price was £7.95 but in turned out to be £10.95 . When the meal arrived covered in gravy meant soggy chips which were french fries not home cooked and mushy peas swimming in gravy. Won't visit again

I came here with the missus and my daughter who is nearly 2 and I must say we are very impressed with the food that they serve. All staff are polite and very friendly this has now become our go to pub for food, we like it for the food and the fact it is family friendly.Food: 5/5
We called in for a quiet drink and got just that the staff was friendly food was ok it took a while to come out to us nearly 30 mins and that was a bit of a let down as the couple who ordered food after us waited no more than 10 mins a family friendly establishment and we will returnFood: 3/5
