Called to make an appointment and was informed that I’d been removed from the surgery. No explanation, no informing me of the fact just that I was unable to then make an appointment and would need to re register. Would have thought the patient would be informed when being removed from GP surgery but apparently not. Update, after joining the surgery tried to make a phone appointment and was told that I would be called before 12. Almost 3.30 and no call. So I call them back and was told they had tried to call. NO they hadn’t I have no missed calls and they only have 1 phone number on record because I’ve only ever had 1. Next till I’ll just go in and spread germs shall I cos I’m too sick to go in ?! Still utterly useless
Overall staff is good but today i met a staff member she was wearing glasses dont know her name age was 40+ she was very rude making faces behind me really really bad
Just had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr Mrs N Scott. What a fantastic Doctor. Made me feel at ease and so easy to talk to. Fantastic experience .
Overall the surgery is very good, easy to get an appointment via phone, and ample parking when visiting. Staff are helpful. My only suggestion, it is very hard to understand what some doctors are saying on the phone due to their accents. This has caused me to miss vital information and also missing blood tests, as it was hard to decipher on the call.
Great surgery. The girls on reception are really helpful and always do their very best to help. Doctors receptionists seem to have a bit of a 'reputation' but the girls at our surgery are just great as are the doctors and nurses. The only negative point that I'll make is that we do seem to have a bigger turnaround of doctors than I'd like but I believe this isn't a problem with just our surgery but more of a general shortage of go's.
One of the good ones but has areas for improvement. Good building, good GPs, good receptionists. Needs to support online booking of appointments. Not willing to go above and beyond but happy to do enough.
Just would like to say thank you to the reception ladies and to Nurse S.G . Thank you for the care and compassion you all showed towards my daughter and a very stressed out mum. Your kindness and patience will never be forgotten. Thank you
Each doctor goes on his own unique angle and seems to be no looking at notes or follow through
Where do I start??? Right every time the wife rings the reception after been told to do so by the doctor she as to go to hell & bk for a simple request .....the doctor is forever telling her "you don't need to come in just ring up & request your medication" these meds are very important and are need regular & can't be late.....HA, HA, HA....requesting meds is impossible, there either never done on time or they say your not allowed them ??? WHICH IF I'M NOT MASTAKE IS NOT UP TO THEM!! We live in hope!!
First time I have been to a doctors appointment in years. Excellent first time experience with this surgery. The reception staff are some of the best I have encountered.
