Great company. Used laptop arrived looking like new. Easy set up. Minor issue with the internal batteries, showing fine on arrival but then went dead, which I believe is a known Lenovo battery issue and can't be predicted. Micro Dream sent detailed and easy instructions for me to do a diagnostic on the batteries which confirmed their failure. They then sent two new batteries and easy instructions on how to change them if I felt able, which I was. Saved the option of a return. Fantastic service. Second laptop I have bought from them. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
Great price and value for money. Did not expect a refurbished laptop to be in this good of a condition. It works so well. The customer service team is very responsive as well. Worth buying again from these guys

I have purchased several computers from Micro Dream over the years and they have all been of excellent quality and good value. You would never know they were not brand new. I have purchase 3 more laptops this year and again they are excellent. I would highly recommend Micro Dream
I have purchased three computers from this supplier for use by a charity that I manage. In each case, the items have been supplied quickly and efficiently, and have been of great quality. Not only that, but the prices have been WAY cheaper than buying new, plus we feel proud that we have "re-used" and done out bit to help reduce the environmental impact of what we do by going down the refurbished route. I wouldn't have any hesitation about buying from this supplier again.
Quality refurbished tech is not that easy to get hold of at the right price. Couple that with outstanding service, delivery and after sales support can be like searching for a unicorn! BUT its all here in bucket fulls. Been using them for the last few years and have yet to be disappointed. From laptops, desktops and tablets they have the lot with regular stock updates, not to even mention 36 month RTB on most items not like I've used it if you need it.
I love this place. Perfect transaction and people ready to help via emails sent. Easy process to order with choices available to upgrade the product. Superb delivery and as described too. I would recommend and use this Company again and probably will as long as the bargains keep being offered. Thank You.
Seamless ordering. Due to workload, final checks were not completed in time for the courier to collect the laptop, otherwise delivery would have been within the 5 day slot. The laptop is excellent, the overall experience was what you expect but few achieve I have no problem recommending Micro Dream Ltd.
I have purchased a number of desktop computers from MicroDream over the year - never had a problem. I specifically need to install Windows 10 v1607 to keep my software running - so, purchase mostly without the operating system. Never had an issue with these - and they are still running after 2 years or so - and are used as daily workhorses and one has been configured as a server too.
I've used Microdream a couple of times and found their certified refurbished products to be reliable and good value. A good way of getting a product that would otherwise be outside budget range.
