Called today to enquire about the Squash league,  the receptionist couldn’t tell me anything. She said I should call back tomorrow and speak to someone else. Never seen a place where the receptionist took pride in knowing nothing. What are you there for? Zero work ethic, lazy, poor customer service

Great facilities,  very well priced bar and good sized function room...

Been using this place for about 4 years now. I joined because I wanted to play in the squash league. The three courts are high quality and clean. Court one has a glass back wall for good viewing. All three courts have been refurbished in the last two months.nChanging rooms are also clean,large and recently refurbished.Overall, love this place so far.nOh, the staff are excellent too !

Lovely place, with no ripoff fees. I play Badminton with my local group there but there's lots of other sports to explore too. Always nice and clean with a laid back, friendly and very efficient staff.

Outstanding place to keep fit with one of the numerous activities available OR just have a chat over a coffee or something stronger in the bar area or outdoor seating area which  looks out over the Stoke City training ground
