We would like to thank Paul Rennison and his team for a very professional and courteous way they conducted our mum Florence Carruthers funeral yesterday, and for going the extra mile to assist me, my wife and daughter to find our way to the crematorium and help us ensure mum left us with a nice prayer and organ music provided at the crematorium. We have used Michael and his team for three close funerals and the service provided was always thoughtful and exceptionally gentle. We were able to discuss any worries or plans easily.
