We simply cannot praise James and Catherine at The Family Tree Funeral Company enough! Considerate, accommodating, professional and seemingly always available at the end of the phone, they really did enable us to give our Mum the send-off she deserved. No idea was too extravagant or request too challenging. Organised yet compassionate, the team gently guided us through what was a tremendously difficult time. It felt as though they really got to know us, and to know the person our Mum was. They even helped contribute to some very unique ideas which really helped capture the memory of our Mum on a day that turned out to be one of celebration rather than a day of mourning and sadness. Although not imperative, but an important consideration, the funeral was very fairly priced and I do not begrudge a single penny. It sounds soppy and overzealous, but we shall genuinely forever be grateful to these people for the superb service they have provided, and wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you.

Our Mum was very special to John and myself and Family Tree Funeral Company, Mr James Showers gave her a wonderful send off in the most beautiful bluebell coffin. Everything went so smoothly and I want thank James for everything he did. Anne Tuffin

I had a major problem when my widowed mother died in Gloucester, I live 250 miles away in Norfolk. I also wanted a different type of funeral to the accepted norm. No religious service, no bells and whistles, no caravan of hearses and no great number of mourners. From the first email contact, then via phone calls, James and I quickly built a relationship of trust and understanding. I couldn't have wished for a better outcome and for that I thank him and would recommend him to anyone.

We wanted a traditional church funeral and burial for my lovely mother. James from Family Tree was able to suggest little extra touches which we may otherwise not have thought of which made it a very personal celebration of her life. We received the most thoughtful and caring help in organising all the details. James was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. It was indeed a loving tribute for her, one for friends and family to remember with happiness. One elderly friend said it was the most beautiful funeral she had ever been to! Thank you James and staff of Family Tree!

We certainly achieved a unique and personal 'send off' for my mum. We were so grateful to James at 'Family Tree' for everything. He gave guidance, helped us to achieve some unusual requests and ensured that all stages of my mum's funeral ran smoothly, including the events building up to it. I lost track of how many times someone came up to me and said "it was just right". My mum would certainly have loved it. I don't think we could ask for more.
