Bought a Fiesta off them a few years ago and it has run pretty perfectly since then, only issue was they parked it in a muddy field so it was pretty dirty on collection, otherwise a nice dealer

Really impressed with these guys. I brought my Saab 9-3 just over a week ago, great price for the car and the service was great. Darren even set up the warranty and tax there and then for me to save me the trouble. There was a minor problem as I left and the engine management light came on, they reset for me straight away, but unfortunately came back on. I took the car to a garage as I live very far from Andover and upon discovering EGR fault, Darren is standing by the car although the fault is not coverd by the 3star AA warranty included and paying and communicating directly with the local garage. Most traders would have tried to bodge, or blag their way out of this, but Darren is being so easy to deal with. Really refreshing to find a car trader like these guys. Top guy, Top team, great service!! Also don't be dis-hearted by the image from Google, this is a workshop next door, the frontage is much more professional and clean in appearance.

What ever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS! I purchased a car from these people and had problems from the moment i picked it up. The car was running when i got there to pick it up and as soon as i turned the engine off it wouldn't turn back on. Had the duel mass fly wheel and clutch go on me after weeks of warning them that it was on its way out. Once 'apparently' replaced by them it then broke again only a week or two after, so went to be 'replaced' again. Then after that apparent fix the gear box and alternator went. Would not give me a refund on the car, but was cheeky enough to offer me trade price for it. Out of the three months i owned the car it was in the garage for 2 months. Obviously bodging the job as they said they'd claim through the warranty company for all of the work being carried out. I checked with the warranty company and they had only claimed for the alternator. Have reported this company to trading standards and passed all evidence over as all of the faults and conversations were recorded.
