The usual typical bowling alley, a nice way to spend some time. Played a few games.. Prices are very VERY good. As expected you can get bowling deals including meals and drinks etc but we opted only for the games. It is a pretty busy venue as it is in the midst of an arcade. The arcade is a bit sketchy with alot of the games machines not working properly and some not working at all. One of the machines we put money into and then found out that the system inside the actual game was messed up. It seems that the arcade isn't well looked after or cared for as this has been the case a majority of the time that we have been. Some of the machines take your money and don't work, whilst some don't accept the new pound coins which is what is given at the change machines. It's all a bit mismatch at the moment but the bowling alley is spot on. Wouldn't recommend the arcade at all, there are better things in the galaxy to spend your time and money on e.g cinema, nandoes, the gym.. the arcade is a no go.
All the lanes are in awful condition, very dated and half the lanes you can't get through a game without them breaking down. Don't take your own ball as it will take gouges out of it. All in all it's the worst bowling alley I've been to, but it's the only one we've got in Luton.
Place overpriced. Payed 20 pounds for two adults, three sets. Couldnt get sides to play broken, place looks old, balls with extra holes, in middle of the game lights shut down. And very hot. Wouldnt recommend even as a back up plan.
No air con. Hot in not really hot days even. Bit old place and definitely need some renovation. But you can still play bowling ;
The place could really do with a refurbishment. The balls are shoddy, the lanes are shoddy, the lanes break down. But I can't complain too much, when it's only £2 a game on Wednesdays.
Old equipment, for example rails are only set manually by the staff. Frequent equipment failure, no remote communications with reception so every frequent fault means physical trail to reception to get it fixed. OK but disappointing
The bar area is disgusting especially when I saw two cockroaches I was gonna throw up!. Next time get your cleaners to bloody clean properly!.
Average bowling place. Not enough staff. Stupid policies such as wont give change at till even when the change machines are out of order.
Extremely poor service, outdated place. Avoid wasting your money here
