From the moment we walked in for our free taster session we were welcomed with open arms. 6 months later myself and my family are loving the classes and becoming more confident in the process. So much so that we recently entered the southern championships. The team are great and the environment is so friendly (both students and instructors). I love the fact that we can train all together as a family and we are all loving the journey. I can honestly say it is the best thing we have done and would encourage anyone to try out a free trial class.

Fantastic family friendly fun classes. Best thing me and my family have ever did, joining these classes. Friendly instructors encourage the kids in a fun and engaging way. Fantastic!

My whole family train together in these classes. The atmosphere is great! We all train hard and have individualy gained so much since we started. The fitness you get from this is like no other and it's never too late to start!!
