I can't rate Bodyfit highly enough. Kelly, Stuart and their skilled and knowledgeable instructors have been my go-to support for a very long time. The studio is always well equipped - and super clean - and classes are varied both in type and difficulty. I like the fact that, at each session, instructors take into account participants' day to day mobility and other issues so that everyone can make the most of each class. Thank you for all you have done for me and my body!
I've been working out here for years and I love it. The studio is great and there's a really good range of equipment. There's also a lovely feeling of community, which is rare to find. The instructors genuinely care about their members and instilling good form. The classes are fun and varied with an emphasis on exercises that don't just improve fitness, but that have a long lasting effect on body condition, movement and a pain-free life. Thank you Bodyfit!
Had a great class as usual. This is a good studio with expert instructors who really get to know their clients and push us on to achieve our best. The small group set up works really well, everyone is friendly and I've never had a bad class
A superb studio set up with small classes and instructors that really focus on exercising correctly. A great range of equipment is used in the classes, and every class is well prepared and varied. Combine this with a friendly atmosphere and this studio has everything going for it.
I love the small groups and personal instruction that is possible in the classes. I've learned so much about my body and its capabilities. The one-to-one sessions are really great for focussing on problem areas and working to correct them. Everything is tailored to the individual :-
Kelly's attention to detail is second to none. She continually strives to improve each client's experience, by varying class routines and making sure everyone gets the benefit of each exercise accurately.
Great class as always tonight - I love the precision of the teaching down to a single muscle delivered with a wicked sense of humour.
