Simon Fairbairn was the engineer who came to us to view our outside drain blockage. It was immediately obvious that he was very knowledgeable and communicated what the problem was, giving great confidence that he would be able to solve the issue. He needed to access our neighbours' property and asked their permission politely and without any fuss. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and was helpful every step of the way. We cannot praise his approach and skill highly enough. Many thanks.

Absolutely outstanding work done at my property, I have been constantly having problems with my toilet for 7 years!! Then in May of this year it was finally sorted, Big Thankyou to Ricki and Neil , worked their socks of to get my loo sorted once and for all, so friendly and polite and really respectful,  I hope Metro Rod realise how lucky they are to have these lads on their team

Brilliant job done on my worrisome drain.  CCTV inspection and patch repair carried out professionally by a great engineer.  Excellent customer service made me feel very secure that the work would be done speedily and to a high standard.  I would heartily recommend this company needing any help with drain issues.

Fist class service, nothing to much trouble, friendly staff would highly recommend this company.

Friendly staff. Very quick to resolve issue even tho was late. Came back next morning to complete. I highly recommend.
