Very good bank . Managers always deal with issues correctly and sympathetically. Love that it is open till late !!

Brilliant service all staff are friendly and very helpful. If you need bank statements they will print out straight away unlike some other banks which make you wait for couple of weeks before they sort the problem.No charges on foreign transactions or account fee unlike santander,they charge £5 to have an account with them.

Stay away from this bank !! First of all look at the complaints procedure ? They have no external customer relationship team . If you have a complaint about this bank then it will get fobbed of internally as all complaints are 'owned' by the store manager and everything gets quashed in house . Hope you get the picture. Team solidarity etc nothing a customer can do.
Your money is at risk and there is nothing you can do about it . This is a small bank that doesn't care about the bigger picture so this review is probably the closest you will get to making a decent point about their service.
