I had an unresolved issue which I had been trying to sort out for quite some time now, so when I went in to the Harrow store last week I was quite frustrated. I was quite certain that my issue was not going to be resolved yet again, due to my previous experiences. However, I was served by a member of staff called Gowtham. He was very understanding of the situation and proactively did all he could in his power to resolve the issue. My mother and I were extremely impressed by his pleasant mannerism and kind nature. Thank you so much for all your help, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you through this review. You handled the situation very well and managed to rectify it, thank you.
Visited the harrow branch 3 times in the 5 days to open a safe deposit box only to keep getting told to come back 4 hours later. Absolutely shambolic. They tell you that it is a walk-in service so come as early as possible only to then have to reserve a slot for 4 hours later. Regret doing business with them and have a hard time believing that their leading on the customer service front, as all I ever see are disgruntled customers.

Sentha who is one of the members of the Metro Bank store in Harrow helped me open a account today. She is both welcoming and friendly when talking with her.Her service was very quick and easy and within a couple of minutes I was able to open my account. One of your new business account holder, I just wana let you know that I was not using my metro bank & were doing my financial activity in some others banks but one day I just came in to metro bank Harrow branch & I met luckily with a brilliant guy called “Moh “ who deal with my query very efficiently quickly , he was very professional with good knowledge. I was very pleased & impressed with his service and he also helped me with getting an overdraft, personal loan and credit card which I didn’t know I could get with Metro bank but after discussing Yh . what I would like to say that Moh was very helpful great & Profissianal, I love this guy & metro too , he done great for me, he made me to start all my financial stuff with metro & through metro . I’m very pleased with the service & really wana say Thank you very much to you , Moh & metro Regards.
Just I could say they are awful, AWFUL AWFUL. Without any reasonable logic. They passed me for another day to open the new account, however, I tried to open an online account.
Yesterday afternoon Bizhan managed to assist me opening up my business account. His customer service was very good and his level of engagement was 5/5. I must admit if I could currently afford his salary I would offer him a job with my company, as my relationship manager. He made everything very easy and straight forward with his persoable skills. His professionalism and patience was immense. He is an asset to the bank. Great experience sand thank you.
