I was truly impressed with the service provided by Ash. As someone who initially dreaded the thought of having to go through a mortgage process, I found Ash extremely knowledgeable, personable and reassuring. His ability to tailor the service provided to one’s circumstances is outstanding. He really takes the time to understand your needs as a client and goes above and beyond what is normally expected to meet them. Ash was extremely fast, thorough and his ‘can do’ attitude made the entire process less stressful than expected. He laid out the process clearly from the beginning and we debriefed at every step as often as necessary. He was always prompt in updating us and getting things done, we never felt we had to chase up. I have rarely seen such outstanding service and I feel fortunate to have worked with Ash in such a significant life decision. Highly recommended!!

It's great doing business with Ash. He got me a mortgage five years ago and again this time, he got me an great buy-to-let mortgage deal. I have always been impressed with his professionalism, in particular in getting back to me quickly with all the answers I need. He's always there when you need him, even contacting me late at night. I would thoroughly recommend Ash to anyone, as I know he will do his utmost in ensuring that the client's requirements are met as far as possible. Thanks Ash. Hope to do business with you again sometime in the future.

This was the second time that I have used Ash's services. Passed on to me via recommendation, I can completely understand why and I'd always be an advocate to recommend again. From being a first time buyer to now going in to my second mortgage, he is meticulous in how he breaks down the details of what is needed, in an easy to understand format. He has patience to ensure someone who is not familiar with mortgages at all, understands what it takes to obtain one as well as going over numerous options with you, to ensure you're not confused by the market place and one is chosen that works well against your life. It was no different the second time and he reached out within 3 months of my current one ending, ready to advise from the get go. A shorter process of course than the first time, but no less informative and good to know that I have a trusted adviser that I can not only go back to, time and again, but recommend knowing he will always take care of friends and family. Could not recommend him more.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that Ash provided the best level of service I've experienced anywhere. Ash made the process of applying for and obtaining a mortgage simple and straightforward. He quickly demonstrated that he's the sort of person that wastes no time in getting things done and can be taken at their word - refreshing and rare qualities in the industry. He provided comprehensive and detailed mortgage illustrations, expert advice on our options based on our circumstances and, prompt communication and feedback - we never had to chase. He worked weekends to ensure that he submitted the mortgage application before he went on holiday and, even sent us updates while he was on vacation! As such we don't feel as if we've had the typical home purchasing experience given my initial apprehensions about applying for a mortgage and some of the horror stories we've heard from of our friends. The time taken from our first conversation with Ash to completing on our dream home was a total of 10 weeks. I've already recommended Ash to a number of my colleagues and associates and have absolutely no hesitation in giving him a five star rating here.

It is a great pleasure to have Ash as my Mortgage adviser, He is very clear on what he is doing, and make the process more visible to me as well, I had a meeting with him for two hours, with in that time he took me to the complete process and explains me the hidden things that can easily understood for me in the mortgage process. I wish all the best for his future and will rely on him for any of my Mortgage activities.
