First day of a 3 days course.... Couldn't have give any better.... Tutor, hosts and participants all welcoming and supporting each other. I thought this would be my only course here as I live 6 hrs away but I do think I'll be back for more. Especially when they ghost new tutors I've not heard of.
Very impressed with Metal Clay's customer service. Stuart in particular went above and beyond into sourcing a suitable kiln for me. The communication with both Emily and Stuart have been great. Would thoroughly recommend.
I have been using Metal clay for the last year for my resin products as i have found this is the most reliable and the one with the best customer service in the UK, we used to buy all our products directly from the US but now we get it all from Metal clay. Post and packing is some of the best i have ever seen and all items arrive within 1 to 2 days at he most and you can track it also so you will know the delivery time with the hour for your convenience DPD service Will be using them again for sure.
I have had only great experiences in my buying of all things metal clay from Metal Clay Ltd. I saw Ulla's review and thought I must post a review of 5 stars to balance out her one star review as for me they deserve 10 stars! As far my many ordering experiences are concerned not only do they have a fantastic stock but they go above and beyond on the help front if you have a question and even if I have placed an order only to find I have forgotten something, I give them a call and they will add it to my order assuming it has not left already as they are good and speedy on the dispatch front!. I have never had to pay any extra for postage and mostly I order enough so that I am into free delivery as I am in the UK. I always check companies shipping charges especially if I am ordering from outside of the UK as there are often extras to pay for and Metal Clay Ltd do state on their website this below: Here you'll find our delivery charges. Please note, under certain circumstances the shipping cost might differ from what is shown below, or some of the options might not be available. It could be that your order is very heavy or large, or you might live in a remote area, or we might have to use a different courier - if this is the case and it will affect your cost or delivery time, we will contact you. Forewarned is forearmed as they say but for me I am happy to order from them again and again!!
Warning they ask you for extra money after you have completed your order. The day after I had completed my order, registered my location and paid the total with Paypal I get an email asking for more money for shipping: “We would need to take an extra payment to cover the shipping cost. The extra charge will be £4.40. Once we receive payment, we can then dispatch your order for you.” This is not okay.
