The Doctors once you get to see them are rushed and prior to that it is  just IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH their secretaries no matter how important ! WE ARE NOT patients anymore we are voicemails hoping to be heard.

Terrible service takes months to get calls from your 'Dr' there manager who is not medical trained tried to give advice one medications... There attitude towards mental health is shocking and after recording several calls where false information is given an no attempt from them to fix the issues raised even lie to say they called me this week and spoke to me when asked to prove this they can not  Money makers all they want to do is dish out the wrong drugs or dump you on a waiting list  Persuing legal actions and will be making All my recorded calls avaibale online for all to hear  Manager Mr Clucas is worse than the manger at macdonnalds at least they show compasion  See you in court and on the echo
