I have always received excellent service from the practice. Reception, nurses and GP's are responsive to my medical needs. Full of praise and confidence. Well done to all under these demanding times. Neil

I've just moved to the area and have found Receptionist, lady who dose blood and doctors have all been brilliant with my 2 children and myself thank you :

I rarely visit the doctor but when I do- I have to. Because, I am unwell enough to merit it... Given that that is the case, the receptionist they now have at the Duns practice is enough to make me hope that I never EVER get ill again. This person was rude to the point of ignorance on one too many occasions and for absolutely no reason whatsoever I am always grateful for any care I receive; having been well brought-up, and I will not be returning. Turns out that I am not the only one who feels this way as I have since heard first-hand from two other patients who experienced the same thing.

Always excellent service from reception through to nurse and doctor. Would highly recommend

I felt like a nuisance today for being poorly. The receptionist made a big point about the Doctors being very busy and that I’d have to wait till mid December for an appointment.

Rigmarole isn't the same as service. Patients shouldn't have to travel half the county to receive basic services.

Receptionists really helpful and doctors are brilliant. have nothing but praise for the GP surgery
