This is one of the top chippies around in my opinion. I got a battered sausage and chips, the portion of chips was extremely generous, and the battered sausage was cooked fresh. The couple that run it are extremely friendly, and I had a nice chat with them; they mentioned they even do gluten-free batter and matzo meal if you request it. I will definitely come back to try the fish. Top notch plaice!
Their gluten free battered fish was fantastic!! My daughter is celiac and they freshly prepared a fish in gluten free batter and cooked it in their dedicated gluten free fryer. Gluten free chips were also specially cooked in their own gluten free fryer too!! Highly recommend!!Food: 5/5

You were talking over me whithout any inclination to listen to what I was saying. All in one, we are extremely dissapointed on the product and customer serice you are offering. Dear Dorian I’m sorry for your bad experience as I have explained to you on the phone very politely and I have fried your fish and chips I have put two chunky fish and fresh batter the diver was waiting for 12 minutes if you wanted your fish more crispy you should make note .happy new year and wish you the best
Family own fish shop. Alway so nice and inviting. Massive portions, and the fish is perfect was eaten before we could snap it.
The owner ripped me of for a medium meat and chips with a canned drink for £9 The total should have cost £7.20 but he charged me more because he did not have his digital menu screen working and pulled a fast one. Then I was served used chips from the night before all de did was shove them in an oven to heat them that is not fresh Keep away from this chip shop.

Very nice local fish n Chip shop on long lane. I've only ever ordered the fish and chips and they're always delicious. They freshly fry the fish and chips and have a lovely crisp finish. Price is very good. These guys are definitely the best in the area now.
