From my initial call to Phil out of hours on a Friday evening to picking up an immaculate, low-mileage Edition 1 A3 five days later, the process was smooth, reassuring and very professional.  After dealing with numerous Audi dealers previously, Phil was a breath of fresh air and simply advised & guided rather than try the hard sell.  He was very knowledgeable, trust-worthy and had a great sense of humor which made the process enjoyable.   I can’t recommend Phil and the Meridian team highly enough and they'll  be the first phone call I make when sourcing a car again in the future.

We recently bought a Mercedes from Meridian Vehicle Solutions and would highly recommend them.  We are very happy with our car and the whole purchasing process went very smoothly.  Kaine was so friendly and accomodating.  The next time we are looking to buy a car we will definitely check with Meridian Vehicle Solutions first.

I have to say I had my reservations about buying a car online, such a large purchase with many moving parts. However I can only congratulate Phil and the entire team at Meridian for such brilliant service. The car was exactly as described, in super condition and to make life even easier accepted my other car in PX and all done in a matter of a couple of days without having to move out of the house! We were looking for a nearly new long range Kia e-Niro local to us, and as the nearest to us was held by Meridian we got in touch.  Phil Charlotte and others in the team were excellent; engaging and friendly; no pushy sales hype, including on PCP financing; patience with us as transferring money took longer than hoped; and great aftercare.

I bought a fantastic Audi Q7 from Meridian.  I was a bit concerned at first that they weren't an Audi dealer but I didn't need to be. The car was in fantastic condition and exactly as they described. Kaine, the sales manager was very helpful to the point of coming in on a Saturday morning to do the exchange. I would recommended them to others considering buying a car.

Very happy with our purchase of a Skoda Kodiaq from Phil and the team in September 2021.
