I recently had the pleasure of having Alan deliver my hire car to me at Sytner Swansea, and it was an exceptional experience. He arrived right on time, greeting me with a friendly smile that instantly put me at ease. Alan was incredibly kind and courteous, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.nnHe took the time to walk me around the BMW i3, highlighting its features and explaining everything clearly. His thoroughness made it easy to understand how to use the car, and I appreciated his attentiveness to my questions. The car itself was a 72 plate and immaculately clean. Compared to others I've recently had at other Nationwide chains this was first class.nnOverall, I highly recommend Alan and the team at LCH for anyone in need of a hire car. My Rolls-Royce went in for a service and LCH have given me an S class with no rear working camera and no rear working parking sensors. I have been on the phone to them numerous times they just don’t deal with what I’m trying to explain to them they have not offered me another car. I think their customer service is appalling

I was very pleased with the service provided by Ally when handing over my courtesy car today. He was professional, polite, and thorough, ensuring everything was clearly explained and in perfect order before I left. His attention to detail and customer care were excellent. A smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.

I waited 2 hours, and then 15 minutes before the car was due to be delivered, I was told that LCH would not hire me a vehicle due to an alleged “outstanding court fine.”nnThis is car hire, not a finance agreement or a mortgage. I wasn’t buying a car, applying for credit, or taking on any financial product — just renting a vehicle.nnIf this was an eligibility issue, it should have been checked before keeping me waiting for over two hours and cancelling at the very last minute. Instead, I rearranged my day, waited in good faith, and was left without a car moments before delivery.nnThe lack of organisation, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer’s time is unacceptable. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience.nnI would not recommend this company.

Will was very professional and friendly. Great communication. Happy with the service. Car was delivered clean with no major marks except for the alloys common amongst hire cars. From my experience with Car Hire, this service has been top class with delivering a premium vehicle very promptly. Would recommend.
