Stayed here for one night. Very nice hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The tea and coffee station was empty though so I had to go down and ask reception for some, which the receptionist supplied me with there and then. The shower in the room is a power shower so it felt very luxurious and they also supplied shampoo and body wash. We also had breakfast which was a full continental and very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
Centred in the middle of Northampton city centre. A great hotel with plenty of parking. Plenty of parking for the coach drivers around the rear. Evening meal and breakfast spot on and staff lovely and help full. Especially the two young girls who served our football team of the evening meal. Also a young girl on reception very new to the hotel but very professional. Hotel is showing its age but still fit for purpose!
Enjoyed a short stay at the Novotel. Staff were so warm and friendly plus helpful! Great spacious and comfortable room which is well maintained. Breakfast choices were good also. Convenient location and plenty of parking available
The hotel staff are good, and decor in main reception etc is nice as prob due to the 1.5mil update, but the really needed to update the windows, the hotel location is good, but it's a around about for busy roads thus making the rooms so noisy, and I did ask for a quite room. The food was presented nice but my fish n chips batter was soggy, the American pizza was nice. The room was pretty empty with only a cloths rack not wardrobe n no fridge, and don't agree with the auto tipping on every purchase of food or drink, would I stay again NO.
I came to Northampton shortly to surprise a friend for her birthday, and link up with some other people. My experience at the Mecure Northampton was a good one. The gym facilities were superb, and the room was cozy, with ironing facilities and proper lighting. The breakfast and the hospitality was good as well. Thanks for having me!
