We had a fab stay! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. You have a bus stop to the center, just around the corner.nnThe room was clean, but the bathroom was very smelly. We fell in love with the ultra comfortable bed. That soft duvet was heaven! Lucky it would not have fitted into my bag nnAnother lifesaver was the air-conditioning! Very powerful and it cooled the room down in minutes. It was amazing.
Currently on a Globus/Cosmos tour. Cosmos supposedly tell these hotels in advance of dietary requirements. The options for a gluten free full English breakfast was eggs on toast. A corner of the dining area had a sign advertising gluten-free muffins etc, was met with a ‘sorry we don’t have anything available’. Very poor all round. I question the sincerity of the response to some of the reviews, which appear to be nothing more than a well worded lip service.nHow on earth this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me.
It’s a bit far out for a night in town, we happened to be staying during the heatwave was very grateful for the air con that worked perfectly. The shower room looked clean however the shower didn’t drain well removed the cover to help and it was think in hair and slime. Carpet looked like it needed a good hoover and right to the corners.
First night of the stay and it has already been a fantastic stay. Had a meal with my partner and the food was very nice. Moses our waiter was very thorough with his service, he was also polite and conversational. Very happy customers.
The hotel room is quiet and clean, I had two nights of good sleeps on my business trip. The buffet dinner is excellent, tasty and healthy, special thanks to Moses and Kamal, who were serving us in such a warm and professional manner!
