I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel by the beachfront. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful they really set the tone for my visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm approach made me feel instantly at ease.nnThe hotel itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the whole experience felt special. The food they are serving at the moment was excellent fresh, tasty, and exactly what you want during a stay by the sea. The bar staff during the day were fantastic as well: professional, attentive, and they made me feel truly appreciated as a guest.nnIt was exactly the kind of break I was hoping for, and I left with only the best memories. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton.
Was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff who gave a warm welcome! Hotel is a little bit of a walk from the pier but is ideal for a nice walk along the beach in the early evenings. Hotel is right by the 1-360 so if you plan on using this attraction you will only need to go a two minute walk from the hotel. Room was very clean and we were very satisfied with it, however, our view wasn't great and had a view of a massive boiler, which wasn't a big problem as we did pay for an inland view.nnWe would recommend this hotel and would stay here again but would recommend paying the extra for a sea view.
5 stars in everything, room size, cleanliness, all what you need in the room of teas, coffees, iron, hair dryer.. etc. The location of the hotel in front of the sea and the i365, the staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the bar as well. Only one negative comment here which is there are no plugs next to the bed. I had to charge the phone on the opposite side of the bed where the telly is. Wouldn't affect my 5 stars review but just a suggestion.
Location superb, staff friendly. Breakfast is chaotic, room is very small.nnOur room was really nice, large balcony overlooking the sea front.nnThe only fly in the ointment was the carpet in the room, yes it had been hoovered by the house keeping team, but it should have been burned by the duty manager. It’s not up to a customer to tell the hotel that carpet needs replacing, any hotel manager who is blessed with the gift of vision should have seen that and had it replaced with something more hard wearing/scotchguarded.nnThe carpet in that room was not good enough for one of the hotel’s premium rooms.
Located on the seafront the hotel is well located and an easy walk or quick Uber into the bustling night live in the town centre.nnClearly an old building, so full of nice architecture. The room was well appointed with excellent views.nnNice bathroom, very comfortable bed and amazingly quiet with the window shut - it had air conditioning so perfectly comfortable too.nnBreakfast gave a nice selection of fresh foods so could not fault that eithernnLost 1 star on the car park - it is great they have one but 1. It is small and on a first come first served basis and 2. It is incredibly tight to manoeuvre in so not for the faint hearted!
