Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking views. Traveling with two kids 9 and 11 was a breeze — they provided an extra bed and even a cute little tent, which the kids loved. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and well done. Can’t wait to come back!
Very nice hotel. Staff were super super friendly and accommodated for my every need. A/C broke on a hot day and they didn't deny it and instead apologies and worked very hard to get me to a cool room. I also got a king room with two singles pushed together and requested a king room which they fulfilled no questions asked that same night. Service was absolutely top notch. The only thing I would say is the gym is not very good but that's just about it. Hotel gyms are usually awful anyway. Great experience overall and in an amazing location. Would highly recommend if you can afford it. Breakfast was fantastic as well
I was very happy with my stay here. The room was super quiet - I didn’t hear any noise from the street or other rooms. The sea-facing rooms may be noisier, I don't know, but there weren't any loud bars etc nearby.nnBeing able to choose my room in advance on the Hilton app and check in a bit before the 4pm time with the digital key it didn't tell me the room was ready - I just tried and it was was a big plus - it saved me from waiting in a long line. I highly recommend this if you can - you can just collect your cookie and water later when the line dies down!nnThe hotel itself felt freshly renovated and really clean. The bed was super comfy too and there is a separate shower and bath.nnStaff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location is perfect - just a short walk to the centre of town.nnI'd definitely stay here again!
An afternoon to remember thanks to great customer service.nI recently attended the hotel for a family celebration. We had booked the terrace for drinks and canapés. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and engaging. The service was fast and the quality of both food and drinks were of high standard. The terrace area is great as it is directly opposite the beach. Thank you Hilton Brighton for making our celebration even more special.
We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton for a short family trip and overall, the room and hotel facilities were good enough for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.nnHowever, I do want to highlight some major issues we faced during our stay — especially as we were travelling with a toddler, which made everything a bit more challenging.nnDespite contacting the hotel ahead of time to request an earlier check-in due to our situation, they were unable to accommodate this. While we understand that early check-in can’t always be guaranteed, there didn’t seem to be much flexibility or effort to help us out, which was disappointing.nnMore frustratingly, the reception service was extremely slow throughout our stay. We had to queue for 40 minutes just to check in, which was incredibly difficult with a toddler to keep entertained. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad at check-out — another 35-minute wait in line. Every time we needed to speak with reception during our stay, we were met with long queues. It became a running theme and honestly put a damper on the experience.nnThe staff we did interact with were friendly, but the hotel clearly needs more staff at reception — especially during peak times. It’s not ideal to have guests, especially families with small children, waiting so long for basic services.nnI hope the hotel management takes note and addresses the staffing issues, because it really affected what could have been a much more enjoyable stay.
