Edit: Changed from 3 to 1 star. Check engine light on car is now on after 10 days of purchase of my c250d. Very unacceptable.

Would like to say big thankyou for the service we have received, we don’t live local and had to do some of the initial work over the phone but mark was very helpful returning phone calls and keeping me updated. Today went to collect the car and complete the paperwork Samantha on reception greeted us and made us feel welcome offering and making us all drinks even helping to make the children comfy and welcome. Mark was very professional and friendly. We noted a couple of small cosmetic issues but they sorted that out whilst we finalised paperwork. Once again couldn’t have been a smoother experience thanks

Bought a 2013 c class a couple of years ago been very happy with it. Had a clk from the same dealer before that and was very happy with that too. The staff were friendly and Ellie went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly and that the car was up to Mercedes' standard.

Huseyin Eren sold me my dream car! We built up a good rapport on the phone and he understood my specifications. Based on my specifications he found my dream car that met all my needs. He really does know his cars and whilst on the test drive he really impressed me with his knowledge on the GLC. He bent over backwards to help me and I would 100% recommend him. The after sales has been amazing too! If you are looking for a good deal and someone who will not pressurise you into a hard sell then call and ask to speak to him.
