Very poor - many mistakes. PAYE incorrectly submitted twice - resulting with HMRC ringing to advise if we were aware we had £36k to pay in one months submission, usually 5k. Another PAYE problem unresolved by Menzies and yet caused by Menzies incompetence. Accounts incorrectly allocated on xero. GDPR breach. Raising invoices for work not carried out. Raising duplicate invoices for the same work. It has cost our company money and time to correct Menzies mistakes.

I have used Menzies for payroll services and for self employment advice. They have also provided advice around business strategy and HR consultancy.  I have always found everyone I have dealt with to be incredibly professional and very personable.  They are honest with their advice and very helpful.  I can honestly say I have never had a problem with any of their services and I would highly recommend .
