There are many ways you can get involved. Whether it is through, volunteering, sharing your story or raising important funds to continue our many and varied services supporting those in need.
We aim to support people to make long-lasting changes in the areas of their lives that are currently not working for them. We aim to provide the best support to people affected by mental health, their families, and carers.

• Community Advocacy Services-Empowering people to be heard and know their rights
• Talking Connections-Exploring thoughts/feelings and the effect it has behaviour/mood
• Friends of Coity-Befriending and supporting those patients and psychiatric setting
• Tenancy Support-Supporting people facing potential homelessness
• Wellbeing Drop-in Centres (offers a safe environment, advice and a variety of activities
• Community Café’s -Provides secure setting for over 50s who are otherwise socially isolated
• Befriending -Creating a network of peer to peer friendships for over 50s
• Telephone Connections- Providing a telephone Befriending service for over 50s
• Training Community training in mental health
• Lobbying and Campaigning (raising awareness to remove the stigma and discrimination)
• Volunteering (offering variety opportunities for individuals to support the organisation)

Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) service in South West Wales & West Wales (statutory service referral only)
Mental Health Community Advocacy to those unable to access statutory advocacy in the Bridgend County Borough (self-referral)
Housing and Tenancy Support within the Bridgend County Borough (referral only)
Volunteering opportunities (Bridgend County Borough only)
Mental Health Wellbeing drop-in services within Bridgend County Borough
Community Cafe's within the Bridgend County Borough
Over 50 Befriending: For people with mental health or learning difficulty issues within Bridgend County Borough
Information Service: Provides information on Mental Health and Wellbeing Services within Bridgend County Borough
Talking Connections Counselling: Provides Free/Low-Cost counselling sessions.
Self-Harm Self-Help: Researching views of the population of Bridgend on self-harm services available and the treatment of those who self-harm as part of Big Lottery Funded Community Voice: Needs Must/Pan fo Angen
