Prompt attendance and diagnostic following call out regarding loss of engine power. Immediate arrangements made for further diagnostic tests and fitting of replacement electronic sensor to cure rhe problem. Absolutely amazing service. After what was a very stressful and emotional night due to lack of help from AAA, Mennell motors recovered my car with two punctured tyres quicker within an hour than AAA advised 2.5 hours. Not only did they take my car back to their garage they organised replacement tyres very quickly and cheaper than originally quoted. Amazing, professional service down to making sure the tyres were thoroughly cleaned of glue etc. When I got home I realised they had also cleaned the car and even topped up my windscreen wash. Friendly and helpful team, called late at night about a breakdown and both the guy over the phone and the one that came out were fab! Definitely had the opportunity to, but did not take advantage, very genuine company.

When I collected my car it had a dent in the door. When I pointed it out the owners son kicked off at my and tried to hit me while I was holding a 2 year old. Police were involved, they are all known to the police. AVOID,there's far better in Malton.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair

Replaced clutch and flywheel after a breakdown on our holiday. Clutch has needed replacing again after 6000 miles and 1 year costing a similar amount.  Unhappy with the longevity of the replacement.  Just awaiting confirmation of any warranties with work completed.

Recently stuck while camping! These guys gave excellent service when our brakes were faulty. Pick up and Delivered back in 24hrs all repaired for us to head home! Spot on Service

Absolutely awesome service, got me off the road in 20 mins, courtesy car, fixed my car. Went above and beyond and for a very reasonable price! Washed car too! Would definitely recommend!! Breakdown and repairs!

Our car unfortunately broke down. We were rescued at the roadside by Steve evening of 15 July.  Following RAC advising our car needed towing.  Couldn’t fault a think - so professional, really took care of our car and stress free.  He was such a lovely guy - if you ever end up needing help highly recommend them.

When I needed help, they were there. Friendly staff, not pushy & no attempt to upsell things that weren’t needed or to overcharge. Honoured their original quote despite a little extra needed so that’s a big plus in my book. Thank you again & cheers for all the help!
