Very good, well presented food and some unique items on the menu too. The starters and mains were great, especially the Handy Gosht. Service was very attentive and will visit again. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available.
Coming from somebody who has tried so many different Indian takeaways throughout the South of the the UK, I have to say that this has to be on of the more dissapointing ones. Food portions were good but the spicing on the dishes is pretty poor, my bombay potatoes were also pale and bland. Sorry but I won't be purchasing again! Paid 30 pound for my curry to taste more like spaghetti bolognese. :
The staff here were welcoming and attentive - We ordered a Jalfrezi and a Korma with Lemon Rice which came promptly - I think that the portion sizes could be bigger, and if I’m being honest the food wasn’t anything to write home about. It's nice, but not outstanding. I’d come again but it wouldn't be my first choice

Indian food as it was meant to be. I visited Memories of India with my family whilst we were travelling from Cambridgeshire, and this place is definitely on my list of places I need to go back to. The food was better than any Indian restaurant I've yet to come across in my own county or anywhere in Bristol where I used to live. It was also very reasonably priced for what we received not just for the quality– the portion sizes were huge!, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is more than deserving of the 5 star review I'm giving it. If anybody from the restaurant is reading this– thank you again for a wonderful meal, and I hope to visit you again in the near future.

If you want authentic Indian food, I would not recommend this restaurant. Dishes are not what they should be missing ingredients, food is flavourless no seasoning or spice and we felt uncomfortable rushed by staff who made inappropriate comments. Lentils were uncooked and hard. The spinach was frozen and cold. Naans were pre-made and heated. Stay far aware from here if you want an authentic Indian experience.
