I echo another reviewer - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, with a warm and pleasant environment and regular supply of new books. A pleasure to visit, though I do wish it was open more often in the morning, or from 2pm in the afternoons. On a personal note, this would tie in so much better for me with the buses I use to travel in and back home.
